I've installed the kernel of Sickboy. Ubuntu boots faster, ubuntu is lighter but.... I can't open my files, encrypted with truecrypt, anymore.
    This is the message I get : .. .. /proc/misc: No entry for device-mapper found... ...
If I want to open my files I'll have to boot in the nold Kernel. Is there an other way. Can I copy something from the old kernel to the new Sickboy-kernel, to let everything work again? Or is there an other way to fix it ?

I stick to the stock kernel myself, but maybe try using LUKS with AES?

Try a previous version of Truecrypt, like v6.0a. Worked for me when I got this error.
