trying to reinstall tinyvista onto triple boot machine

    Hi, I was running triple boot xp/vista/macosx until the tinyvista had trouble shutting down since it always froze

    so I formatted the vista drive using partition manager

    and also made a usb stick bootable, but when I put usb drive into computer "remove disks or other media"

    what is going on?

    what are the steps to reinstall. thanks.
