Download and install Eeebuntu 2.0 NBR (8.10)

    http://www.cyberfux.de/eeebuntu/eeebuntu-2.0-nbr.iso

    Make all updates and reboot

Go to sourceforge.net and download last version of Wicd

    wicd_1.5.8_all.deb (04.01.09)

    http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=651257

Download it and copy into docs (eg)

Remove the f****** module network-manager (synaptic) remove 2 entries

    Network-manager & Network-manager gnome

    Reboot

Install wicd_1.5.8_all.deb (if you have network-manager’s error msg, don’t worry and ignore)

If at the boot you see nothing open terminal and type « wicd »

Configure your WPA setting (roll menu) and mark « connect auto »

    Reboot.

Hope this post can help you ;)
