Is there a way to remove the login after I come out of suspend? I've already commented out "LOCK_SCREEN=true" in the /etc/default/acpi-support file.

Run gconf-editor. Go to apps --> gnome-power-manager --> lock. Uncheck hibernate and suspend. You may need to log out and log back in. I don't remember if I had to or not ;)
