Ubuntu Explorer-type app?

    Is there an app for Ubuntu-Netbook that works like Windows Explorer? I've downloaded Ubuntu10.10 to a USB and I'm running it on my AAO 532h-2223 (Windows 7 installed). I like the Ubuntu, but it's REALLY discouraging to be unable to explorer the files and programs, click and drag, etc. Any suggestions?

    Found it. It just doesn't come up unless there's a USB drive connected, one that's secondary to the USB with the OS.
