Ubuntu Logo

I have installed Ubuntu netbook Remix and i'm in love with that OS. I have kept my AA1 white, spending the last 8 months pondering on what skin I could put on it. I know now: I want a Ubuntu logo. Just one, on the lid in the center. So I need a Ubuntu logo sticker, or even better: a badge! I'd like just the logo, nothing written on or around it. And believe me or not, they are very hard to get by. So if anybody knows how and where I can get one from, please tell me...

I send them envelope with postal stamp and my address on it and they send me back set of four Ubuntu stickers. Good quality, good glue, looks nice...

 

Melhiore to the rescue. Again. Seems like a good (and free!) start. I will try that in the meantime. I especially like the 'Home' key sticker they have for the US, but I guess we can't have that.

Those stickers are awesome! Do they come off? If they do, then I'll take them! Although Ireland isn't in the list. Will I get them if I e-mail to the UK thingy?

As long as you send them envelope with right stamps on it I do not see any problems. Believe they should send you stickers...

No clue. But they look very professional so they should be fine...

 

If you mean "are they removable" then the answer is yes. If you mean do the fall off when you don't want them to then the answer is no, I fixed mine on 6 months ago and it is still in exactly the same place and doesn't look as though it is going anywhere.

As long as your stamps will get the envelope to Ireland, there is absolutely no reason why the UK people won't send them to Ireland.

 

thank you guys. i did ordered the free stickers (put on the restpad on the right hand side) and they took less than half the quoted time to arrive. I also bought a batch of various-sized ones from the Ubuntu online shop. One is used on the lid and one on the home key. Simple minimalistic looks but effective. Check the picks.
