Unable to boot

    No matter WHAT I do, my One will not boot up. Have tried all configs, the system discs and recovery disc using USB CD drive sent by Acer and STILL will not boot into windows. Seems stuck in a loop.
    1: Acer Empowering people screen with selections for F2 and F12
    2: With power on get Windows XP screen with scrolling bar.
    3: Then get blue screen with autochk program not found, skipping autocheck
    4: Then back to Acer Empowering People screen and it starts all over again.
    Did manage to get it to boot selection screen and "safe mode and most recent config" did not work.
    I do have a ACER HDD Format disk. Is that the last resort? Their recovery program seem to really suck in my opinion at this stage. Recovery partion and system recovery disc and recovery disc itself do not work
    Any suggestions?
