Unable to install BankTree Home accounting SW

    Bank Tree Home Accounting software is downloaded with a 14 day trial facility. It first downloads an install file and one installs the actual program. This works fine on my desktop connected wirelessly through my Tiscali router but does not on my Aspire one connected to the same router. I am running Windows Firewall on both desktop and notebook. I have even tried switching the notebook firewall off at stages through the installation to no avail. The suppliers help desk maintain that it must be a firewall problem but I have even tried adding the banktree.exe in to the exceptions but still no joy.

    I am runnign XP sp 3 on both machines and if I had any hair I would pull it out!

    Can anybody help please?
