Unable to save Firefox Bookmarks

    I have an Acer Aspire one running Linux Lite. When I try to save any bookmarks the add Bookmark display comes up but when I click on the add button nothing happens. The button appears to be greyed out.
    Can anyone help me please.
    This is the first Linux machine I have used so I don't know anything about the software.

    It won't as it's referring to Ubuntu systems that use apt-get to install.
