    Hi,

I just ditched linpus and decided to go with Ubuntu Netbook Edition 10.04.1
This distro is awesome and everything works. I do have one little annoying problem. It's not a huge problem but it's getting on my nerves and I figured someone here could help.

My wireless works great and everything but after this latest re-install I have to enable wireless by right clicking the icon and clicking "enable wireless" on the icon. Then it connects. I didn't have to do this on a previous install. I know it's probably something simple but I can't figure it out. I already have wireless set to "available to all users". I've tried every option on the network settings with no results.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Lance

Right-click on the network manager icon
    Select Edit Connecitons
    Click on the Wireless tab

Make sure the Connect automatically checkbox is checked

I tried that. Nothing. Anything else?

    Thanks in advance,
