I have an acer aspire one laptop. I installed Panda Internet security on my laptop but the installation did not work properly (maybe because McAfee did not uninstall correctly). When I tried to uninstall the program to rectify the errors I was getting every time I started the computer, I was told that I do not have permission to do this and to contact the administrator. I then proceeded to activate the administrator account via the regedit which worked.

When I tried to uninstall the Panda program via the control panel it still insists that I do not have administrator access - even when I am logged in as the administrator!!

How do I remove this program from the computer?

    Thanks
