Unknow USB Device

    Have A0531h which I have upgraded from XP to windows 7, since I install Windows 7, I have a Unknow USB device in the device manager which I think is the web cam, every time I try and update the driver its says the best driver is already installed and if I run the acer crystal eye webcam program it says there isn't one, I cant even go back to XP as windows 7 was installed as a clean copy. any body got any ideas PLEASE....
