Unlock Keyring

    help me i am a novice! why does my netbook ask me to 'enter a password for keyring 'default' to unlock,can anyone explain it to me in easy way it's driving me mad

    hi,

    From what I understand keyring manages your passwords, so basically stores all your various passwords for say your wifi connection/ftp sites/programs so that you can use them all with just the one password.

    That's the best I can do, maybe a forum guru can explain it better :oops:
