I checked via search but nothing came up. Is it possible to "unlock" the video memory settings in bios? I have a Dell and I can change the minimum memory to be used for video (ie 8mb to 128mb). We have that option but it is greyed out.

    Thanks

There's no need. In the bios, even 8kb of video memory is enough. It's simple text and 2d images.

When you're in windows, the video memory will automatically scale up to 300MB+ depending on your situation.

Well the reason I ask is because in windows, it shows that it is from 8MB to 244MB I think and does scale. Only problem is that when I run WoW, it only uses 24MB tops. On my Dell, When I change it to minimum 128MB, it shows 128MB when in WoW and the fps is a whole lot better than 9-13 on the AOne.

AAO's intel gma 950 graphic accerlerator is underclocked thus you get less performance out of it.

You can try GMAbooster to tune up the frequency of GMA950 in AA1 and WOW experience is said to be much better.
