unprotected!

    Mcafee says i`now fully protected,but my computer keeps saying i`m not protected! i "click here to fix " and the fixing it icon goes on forever.Constantly for hours.i try to contact mcafee to no availe.they e mailed me to say i1m now protected.so i reply to say my comp.says i`m not .they email me not to email them at that address.can`t figure out how to ask them a question.HOW DO WE TRUST ONES WHO ARE UNAVAILABLE TO OUR QUESTIONS?why can`t we email a simple question?Is that company,or my acer just trying to scare me?i don`t get it!Is there anybody out thereto talk to? Thanks for your time.I`m sort of frustrated by all this.THanks kat09. :? :? :?

    There's better anti virus programs online that you can get for free.
    Mcaffee is just a trial so it's better to make a switch (especially from that "great" support)
