Update Bios on A0751h running Ubuntu

    I just got my AO751h on Thursday. I am a user of Ubuntu 9.10. I know that if I had updated the BIOS on my A0751h prior to wiping out Window XP, I would not be posting here.
    But, I didn't. I have read too many posts on how to update the BIOS too many ways.
    And I have searched this site and I am not sure of the right way to go. Several postings on this site and other mention FLASHIT.EXE (where in the world do I get that).

    I do have a USB flash drive. I have the BIOS update version 3212. I also have UNETbootin so I do know how to make a USB bootable and how to copy an ISO image.
    Any help will be appreaciated.

    purcahe a USB flash drive, have the BIOS update version 3212. then using UNETbooting make a USB bootable and copy an ISO image,that should work.
