Update Flash 10.1 Lost Directories

    Hi,

    In trying to update to Flash 10.1 I seem to have lost all the destination directories to put the updated file into. Not sure how this happened (probably finger trouble), but before they went I tried all the usual install methods tar deb etc. On TAR it kept telling me I did not have permission to put the extracted file into the usr/lib/flash_plugin dir. On DEB it would not even recognise the command dpkg from terminal (which it used to).

    Anyway I now seem to have lost the dir and the linked dir. How do I get them back? Is there another install I can do? Why is the netbook now not even recognising commands from terminal? Is it all related?

    Solved, using YUM download.

    Still not sure why this worked and others not, but i'm just a newbie to this.
