Update xp to 7 after dual boot

    I did the Linpus & XP dual boot a couple of years ago and now I want to upgrade the XP part to Win7.
    I've tried to run the windows set up from a bootable usb drive (in XP) but i get the error code 0x80040154. Any ideas what that means?

    Should I be able to just upgrade from XP to win7 by running the install disk in XP or do i need to do somthing else instead.
