I have an AOA-150 and I'm very happy with it. Its running Windows 7 RTM (legal) and aside from the heat issues I have no problems with it.

I have an opportunity to upgrade to a AOD-250 for a fairly small cost (one co-worker wants to sell his, and another wants to buy mine). Anyway, I'm just wondering if there are any compelling reasons to go to the D250. I know the screen is a little bit bigger, but aside from that, what has really changed?

Is the battery life better? Does it run cooler? More upgradable? Any info would be really appreciated, and i'm a details guy so feel free to go into as much depth as you want.

    Thanks!

Battery life is significantly better (N280), it runs quieter, the extra screen size does make a big difference to usability and the increased size is barely noticeable and it has a lower profile. The upgrade path is much easier, as the D250 has access hatches for HD, RAM and mini PCI. 2Gb of RAM (upgrade) is also going to help running Windows 7, I have stuck with XP as I want the maximum battery runtime.

Keyboard is the same, performance is much the same, although sometimes it does feel a little snappier. Run time on a six cell for the D250 is amazing and will last well over six hours depending on use. The D250 feels a little better put together and looks more up market

I have both and the D250 is the better unit.
