Urls with email messages are not "live"

Newbie to the AA1 and its associated included programmes. Used to Sending web page links from a PC using FF3 via email, upon receipt on another computer you just have to click the url in the message to automatically open the web page in its browser. Noticing the url is in the email programme as an attachment but its not "Live" etc. Cant figure out how to simply get to the web page other than somehow copying and pasting the line. Any suggestions, ideas much appreciated.
