    Hi All

    Linux Newby here...

I running Linpus on my new aspire one (Really impressed by linux so far), I've just bought an RF minimouse (Teleadapt RF miniMouse) and guess what, it's not working ;-(

I can plug in a normal Dell usb mouse and it works fine..

    Some of my initial investigations..

    lsusb - output

    Bus 005 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
    Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 062a:0000 Creative Labs
    Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0c45:62c0 Acer Crystal Eye Webcam
    Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

It does appear to be picking it up, the Creative Labs is not present when I unplug it and appears again when I plug it back in..

    dmesg output

usb 2-2: new low speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
usb 2-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
    input: HID 062a:0000 as /devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.0/usb2/2-2/2-2:1.0/input/input9
input: USB HID v1.10 Mouse [HID 062a:0000] on usb-0000:00:1d.0-2

    Any help much appreciated..

    HI there!
Though i am not familiar w/ the brand, i believe there's a button you must press in the receiver and the mouse itself. this would sync these devices. check the manual for making them in sync...

Tks for that, I've checked it on a windows machine re the sync'ing and it appears to work fine, I think it may have something to do with the X confi files, but not too sure..
