USB Speakers

    Hi,

    Using my aao as a replacement ipod. Speakers were a little bit soft so i bought some usb powered speakers.
    It turns out that the usb cable provides the power and the audio. My problem is tat i dont know how to "load" the usb drivers.
    dmesg reports the following once I plug the speakers in.

    usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
    usb 2-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 2-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 3
    usb 2-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 2-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 4
    usb 2-1: device not accepting address 4, error -71
    usb 2-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 5
    usb 2-1: device not accepting address 5, error -71


    any help appreciated
