user memory

    hi installed world of warcraft on my user and need to patch but ran of memory i have a 16gig sd card can i make that my user memory or not.by the way i use ubuntu 8 gig hard drive.i think wow need to run from mane memory becuse it use's wine to run it.or am wrong.please help need more memory :?

    You could try a simple hack like moving all your wine stuff onto your memory card.
    - I don't have ubuntu or WoW to test, but I think all wine stuff is stored in ~/.wine
    So, you could try moving that onto your memory card and making a link instead
    i.e. something like
    mv ~/.wine /mnt/my_sd_card/wine
    ln -s /mnt/my_sd_card/wine .wine

    What do you mean by user memory? disk space or ram?
