    Hello everyone,

I have an Acer Aspire One, and I wiped all my partitions when I installed Windows 7. The beta is about to expire, and I'm about to sell the machine, so I am just going to put Windows XP back on it. I ordered and received the recovery discs, but I'm a little confused on how to use them with the AAO.

    Anyone know what to do?

    Thanks!

use an external CD/DVD drive and when you first start the AA1 you push F12 and select to boot from the CD/DVD drive. Then just follow instructions. Be sure to back up all your data (everything on the entire disk) because it will all be gone when the restore is done.

Ok, will it reinstall the backup partition?
