µTorrent is only possible on the One via Wine, but if you configure it properly it works fine.

There's a native one that's working pretty well for me:

Frostwire is P2P, not a torrent program. They work in very different ways.

    ktorrent works fine on Linpus

However, the preferences page doesn't fit entirely on the screen, and you can't resize :(
So once you make changes to each tab, hit CTRL-A, A and then Enter to apply these changes :)
    This writes to ktorrentrc.config

Note: In Linux, you can move windows around by holding the ALT key, and then clicking-and-dragging the window in question. This is a VERY valuable thing to know if you're dealing a lot with Netbooks, as it allows you to view windows that won't resize. :)

EDIT: Oh, and yes I second kTorrent as a viable uTorrent substitute.
Transmission is fine too (faster, though not as nice-looking).

I'd watch out for Azureus, though -- it's feature-rich and highly cross-platform, but slow. :(
