Vertical and horizontal lines on screen

    Hello,
    I have Asus Rog Strix G712LV 17" laptop. All of a sudden, my laptop screen started to show vertical and horizontal lines. Horizontal lines are causing difficulty reading small text such as icon labels. Vertical lines keep changing, sometimes they are cover the entire screen, sometimes they are very less. Also they become light and disappear with opening/closing random files or moving the mouse cursor.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics driver for Nvidia and the 2nd display adapter, restarting the laptop but it did not help.
    What should I do. My laptop is not under warranty.
