    Folks -

I bought a refurbished AO751h with 1GB and XP home from Buy.com for $259 (it's now $249). After what appears to be a proper set up, I'm extremely happy with the design and performance of the device. It certainly runs just as fast as my HP Mini 110 (N270 Atom processor), and has a very usable screen and keyboard. I've also found it plays HD video, streaming or local, just fine. I do get some frame drops for streaming HD, but none for standard def.

    My setup procedure:
    1) deleted all crapware: Games, unnecessary utilities, and McAfee.
    2) ran CCleaner to clean up registry after multiple uninstalls
    3) Hooked up to internet, spent half a day doing Windows Update (yawn)
    4) installed DivX package, included all codecs
    5) Installed flash player beta 10.1
    6) installed latest video drivers from Acer site
    7) installed MSOffice
    8) ran CCleaner one more time for good measure

boot and shut down times are more than acceptable, no lags, hangs, or freezes. Not sure what motherboard or bios version I have...but this procedure has worked just fine and has given me an extremely usable netbook for $250. I may replace my HP 110 with another one...

What settings did you use for setfsb?

Thanks for the pic. Unfortunetly when I try to use the clock generator you have in you pic I get a PLL error. Is it possible that all the 751h models aren't using the same clock generator?

Edit: nvm, used an older version of setfsb and everything is working fine now. Question: Anyone sucessfully running an overclock of 1.6Ghz?

BTW I'm still using just 1GB of RAM, and I'm not using setfsb...no performance issues whatsoever. Spent today doing streaming Netflix video over wifi, it looked great.
