Sorry if this is a stupid question but... If I go to play.com, then the games section for example, there is often a video at underneath that you can click on to watch, i guess this is some sort of flash video. I have noticed in the local shop, that on one machine this plays fine, and another there is just a blank white box - could someone please explain why? I am proabably going to buy one but just need to understand this is an easy thing to fix - is it just a simple update? Thanks G
