video problem 751

    guys i have problem with aspire 751!

    when i play a DIVX video file (movie) in full screen the picrure and the external subtitles displays pixels like low resolution!

    and if il try a hd 720p then the video stucks continusly!

    some help please!

    il try vlc and media player 11

    my os is winxp pro!!

    I´d reccomend to avoid VLC Player, basically because it doesn´t use any hardware video acceleration from your GMA500 graphic chip. The GMA500 has quiet the same features like modern nVidia or ATI chips an will allow you to play even 1080p clips super-smooth with minimal CPU usage. Players that make use of this acceleration (called DXVA) are: Cyberlinks PowerDVD 8 Ultra, Media Player Classic HC, or the Windows Media Player 12 in Win7.

    There are some some topics here in the forum about this, and if you google a bit you will find some good guides how to setup this players properly. It´s a bit work to do, but i´m sure you will be very happy with the results.
