Aero Works. Vista (Ultimate Standard Install) runs surprisingly fast (Aspire One 150). Boot up time is about a minute, using supend to disk is faster, about 40 seconds.
All devices work. I did not test the webcam yet, but it is shown in the device manager.

I have heard that battery life in Vista is actually better than in XP, when power saving features are enabled. I will be testing this theory when I receive my blue A150. (Come on, FedEx!) I am hopeful for equal or longer battery life, as I prefer Vista to XP.

Anyone want to buy my white A110? I upgraded the RAM to 1.5 gigs, but the SSD was just too small/slow for my needs.

I received my A150 today, and after upgrading the hard drive to a 250 gig WD model and upgrading the RAM to 1.5 gigs, Vista is running superbly! I am very impressed with this little laptop's capabilities. Once I installed the proper drivers, Aero is enabled by default, and my cute little netbook actually has some nice pep to it.

After that dreadful experience with the A110 and its pitiful SSD, I was crossing my fingers for any kind of acceptable performance, but I'm getting more than I had dared hope for at this point. I can run Outlook, Firefox, and Skype simultaneously with no slowdown, and I can stream movies over our home network to my AA1 through Vista Media center with perfectly smooth video playback. I am in netbook heaven!

Battery life in "power save" mode with Aero enabled, wifi on, and screen at 50% brightness is displayed as 3 hrs, 9 minutes in the taskbar. Tomorrow, I will run this little beauty through its paces and report actual battery life. So far, I couldn't be happier with it! :D

Thanks for the info. Is that the 6cell or 3 cell? That would be amazing if it was 3 cell.

Not really sure. I did about 2h worth of stuff and still had around 31% battery, that was with wireless on, doing multiple USB transfers (to and from USB key, files from 300mb to 1GB, 4-5 files), watching a DivX movie for about 20 minutes, and typing in wordpad the rest of the time. I did not calculat the times in between it was on sleep mode (which also drains some battery), all this was over the span of about 6 hours.
