Vista Webcam Driver

    Hello all,

    New to the forum. Sorry if this has been asked and answered. I am dual booting XP and Vista on my AA1. Vista is working well except for me however I am wondering what webcam driver Vista users are using. The generic webcam driver installed by Vista seems to work with Yahoo IM. My AA1 did not like the Suyin driver and would not install it.

    What webcam driver are you Vista users installing in your AA1's?

    Problem solved. I needed the Lite-On driver not the Suyin driver. The webcam is working fine.

    On another note, I have read that MSI Wind owners are claiming higher benchmarks running Vista in comparison to XP. Installed on my AA1, Vista looks and feels slower than XP. However I like Vista Home Premium so much more than XP. I will continue to use Vista as my primary OS.

    Any thoughts or comments?
