I have downloaded vlc and got it working. Generally, I am very pleased with the way it has extended the range of videos that I can watch, but I still have a silly problem. The sound doesn't start for a few seconds after the video has started. It isn't out of sync; just that the video is silent for that few seconds. Has anyone any ideas?
