volume!!

    Hi everyone. I just got my 6930 and so far I love it. Only problem I have encountered so far has to do with the volume controls--both of them. It doesn't matter which I use, the same thing happens. Each time I slide the volume up, it slides right back down. Also, the word "Volume" remains on the bottom of the screen. Anyone have any ideas?
