    If I did a boot 132 install of Mac OSX am I running a Voodoo kernel or a Vanilla kernel? Additionally, how would I tell?

    Code:
    uname -a
    if you type that on the terminal, you'll get the kernel information

    If you're using the official stock Leopard DVD for this installation, you're certainly running vanilla kernel.
    This is the output for vanilla, version 10.5.8, when you run "uname -a" in the terminal:
    Code:
    $ uname -a
    Darwin XXX.local 9.8.0 Darwin Kernel Version 9.8.0: Wed Jul 15 16:55:01 PDT 2009; root:xnu-1228.15.4~1/RELEASE_I386 i386

    Thanks ya'll. Additionally, if you have OSx86 Tools loaded, you can see that as well by opening the enable/disable quartz pane.
