Wallpaper and Icon trouble

    I have restored a proper desktop like environment on my AA1 and placed a couple of icons on the desktop. I position them and added my own wallpaper -BUT on a reboot or restart the wallpaper dissapears and my icons return to default position, Is there some way of saving the desktop configuration am i missing something?

    Basically I have the same problem. I'm working on it. If I find anything I'll let you know.
