Want To Copy Music From Cassette Tape To Cd

    Hi
    Have an old music tape (cassette) and want to copy to cd. The cassette deck has head phone jack point only.
    Have installed Audacity but do not have a jack-point mic input on the laptop (satellite L50-B-1P1), only a headphone jack point.
    Obvious answer is to use one of the usb input points but where do I find such a beast and does such a set up require additional hardware?

    Any thoughts on this question would be gratefully received.

    Welcome to the laptop forums site

    Goto either Amazon or Ebay and type in convert tape to cd.
    There's some very cheap devices that do what you require.
