web cam driver in XP

    I don't see any driver, and can't figure out how to make the web cam work.

    Is your webcam listed in Device Manager under Imaging Device? If not install the driver. I use a program called Yawcam as an interface for my cam. Find it here http://www.yawcam.com/.
