Just recorded several runs and emailed them to my XP desktop.

I can not find any program on my PC which will open "OGG" extension files.

Do I need to download something or should I have tried to convert them prior to sending

    TIA

OK I got the files to play by adding codecs to Windows Media player but no sound.

Have fiddled with all the settings on the One to no avail.

Is my microphone turned off somehow ?

If the version of the One you have is the Linux, the supplied webcam application doesn't do sound (as has been covered many, many times on this forum).

For use with applications which do use sound, such as Skype.

The application Cheese has been suggested; a forum search might bring up information from someone who's tried it.
