Webcam adjustments? XP version...

    Hi All:

    I searched the forums but could not find an answer. Even Googled for an answer. Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the exposure, brightness, etc. for the built-in webcam? If there is I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.
