webcam

    I can't find any information on how to use the webcam...can't even find how to access/turn it on! Help please.

    Hi

    If you are using the original Acer desktop then in your fun area you should see the webcam Icon just click or double click it.

    If it is not there then navigate here
    /usr/share/applications do you have the webcam Application Icon listed here? If yes click or double click it what is the result?

    You could also use the right click menu, right click anywhere on the desktop then from the drop down menu select Multimedia > Webcam.
    Once you have opened it the controls and settings are there for you to use very easy.
