webcam

    okay, well i have had to have my laptop wiped because of a virus, that was a few months ago and since then i haven't been able to get the webcam to work, does anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix it?

    Can you provide any more information please; what is the model number of your laptop, what OS are you running, what software are you trying to control your webcam with?

    You do realize that this is a forum for Linux Netbooks? Because I have a suspicion that what you actually have is (possibly Acer) Windows laptop...
