What do people think of your One?

I agree, white has become an apple/apple wannabe thing IMHO. Black is also way too common these days. The AAO Blue is an unusual shade and it suits it perfectly.
I run ubuntu with a CIA usplash, which gets a good few looks, then it boots into Compiz fusion and looks ace.

 

Nice little laptop, crap operating system and crap company that sells it.

Tried for two weeks to get to grips with operating system, dont consider myself a complete novice with computers but for life of me it still wont play any video files and forget trying to get bluetooth to work, so its in the bin with linpus linux and on with windows its a shame I so wanted it to work but its just not a proper operating system yet!!!! :evil:

 

I orginially saw the pink ONE, but when I visited the Acer site and saw the Sapphire, that was the one for me. I did however like the brown one too.
Blue is my favorite color anyway so it was a no brainer for me to get the Sapphire. The only thing that makes me crazy is that it shows every single fingerprint and smudge.
I agree that the white one looks like an ibook, and the black is just run of the mill.

I like the Seashell White best - the one I have.
I like a white keyboard and everything so I chose this.
I wouldn't get a black one though because all notebooks are black or silver.
All Aspire One colours are rare except for the black one..
