    Hi,
I looked at a laptop which had 4GB of RAM and storage was "64GB eMMC"
What does that mean please may i ask?
Is it a soid state drive, or a disk drive.
    Is it any good?

It is a solid state drive and quite small and a legacy standard, but as long as big enough for you it's fine. It will still be much faster than a laptop magnetic disk drive of Yore

    Hello!

It is not good if you compare it to modern drives. It is not an SSD drive, eMMC stands for permanently installed SD card. It is a little bit faster than an old HDD (not always), but nowhere near to the speeds of modern SSD drive.
