where can i find or download and patch a custom kernel

    im using 532h and one main piece of hard ware is not working the ene cardr eader ive heard the custom kernel by gutsy or hardy would have all hardware working ,but dont know where to begin to find this kernel patch ,so ild like to know so i can start to do this patch thanks. and im using ubuntu remix.
