where to get BIOS_PW.EXE ?

    I just stumbled across an Acer Aspire 4730Z service manual at http://tim.id.au/laptops/acer/aspire 4730z 4730zg 4330.pdf ,which mentions:

    To reset the BIOS password, run BIOS_PW.EXE as follows:
    1. Key in bios_pw 14452 0
    2. Select one string from the list.

    How can I get this BIOS_PW.EXE program? And will it work for the Aspire One and on Windows 7 (I have hope it will because the service manual above lists the Aspire 4730Z operating system as Vista, although the screen shot in that manual shows the above program running in a command prompt screen within Windows XP)
