Which battery should I purchase

I have had my Acer Aspire 5741 for a few years now, the battery has just about had its day. I have been looking on the web for a new battery and found one site who are offering a battery, well two batteries which will fit my lap-top. One is 5200mah and the other is 7800mah. Does this mean the 7800mah one will last longer off charge than the 5200mah one.
Sorry about being a bit unwise on this subject.

Be careful choose a reputable supplier. Some of the auction site ones
don't last long.

Just a follow-up to my last one to you, I dont seem to have heeded your advise this time, I have ordered a new battery from www.top-battery.co.uk and I think I have been seen-off, but will have to await and see. On tryingto contact them, they have no phone number just an address which (after reading another link) the address is non-existant and the company is based in China not Southall UB2 5LF.

You never know you may still have it delivered,it takes about three weeks post to arrive from
china.

A easy tip for the future is to look for any company with google earth

 

Just a follow-up re my battery order, I tried contacting seller via the Resolution Centre as I got no luck via normal channels. The seller finally responded advising me the battery was out of stock in UK and would be coming from China, they gave me a tracking number which did not work (unknown number), I told the seller about this and then I was given another tracking number via a different courier on Saturday (28/11/15) morning. At 1315pm that same day the courier turned up with with battery.What a result if must have come via a rocket. So all is well in the end.
