Which external 56k USB Modem

    Just got the Acer Aspire One AOD 150-1920
    I need dialup...which External 56K Modem is best..easy to install...it has to work with the Acer's 2.0 USB port .. which the Roswill (recommended in this forum ) states is only compatable with 1.1 USB...

    once installed will it become the defaul modem?

    I'm using a Zoom 56K USB Modem model 3095 on both an A150 and D150. It's a little black stick with a short USB cable on one end and a phone jack on the other. It comes with a CD for driver install. Not sure where I got it but Amazon and Newegg likely have it in stock.
