I'm really getting tired of the endless complications with linpus lite, the only thing keeping me from using a different distrobution is the fact that it boots so damn quick. So, my question is this, what has been the fastest/lightest distro that could compare to linpus' boot speed?

None, unless another distro was tweaked the way Acer has tweaked Linpus to get it to boot so quickly. Acer has used a non-conventional bootup process to get this quick bootup.

    Cheers.

ArchLinux has a custom kernel with the One modules preloaded for a better speed. Arch is also rolling release, so your system will always be more up to date, and from reading the forums, they re-compile the kernel and re-add the modules again so your system still works.
