which one "bios"

yes i to woke up to a black screen on my netbook, i was using it and for some reason i went into updates and altered the time for it to start doing the updates, i finished what i was doing and shut it down. started it up the next morning and zilch nothing.i press the power on and all you get is the cap light blinks once along with the number lock light, the hard drive light does not flash.so i'm guessing it's something to do with the bios.so i go onto acer support website.and i'm getting three different bios....3301-2.8mb_____3207-2.2mb____3.108-1.8mb so which one do i need to flash it.
my model is the A0531h on xp home.

 

i download the bios and changed it's name to zg5ia32.fd then put it on a 4 gig usb stick.put it in the A0531h and pressed fn with esc, then pressed the power on it started blinking, so i let go of the fn+esc and theres no light coming from the usb stick even after several minutes. on the acer website theres 3 different bios options,could someone point me to the one i need...The netbook as had very little use in the 18 months we've owned it, and was really ideal for taking away on holiday.
