Hi i'm new to the forum's an netbooks and i'm wondering which is the best OS to run on a "aspire one 150 16GB SDD", which currently running XP but is very slow.
I have been offered it for £100 in mint condition, and i would prefer to get windows 7 running (tiny7 maybe??), but all in all i want a smooth running machine (taking note of the shocking transfer rates off the SSD).
any ideas or tips would be great thanks as i'm sure someone around here would know the best for this netB.

    Try Kuki Linux.
It is designed for the Aspire One and works well.
You can run many different Linux OS direct from USB stick so try as many as you can. What suits one person may not suit another.

I am using Kuki and have had it installed for about 3 months with no problems.
i am using Aspire One 110-Ab ZG5 with 16Gb SSD.
